The Room Signage solution from Uniguest consists of digital panels installed at the entrance of meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, connected to the organisation’s calendar system. In real time, they display the room name, free or occupied status, and upcoming meetings, and also allow users to book, extend or release the room directly on the screen. Managed from a central CMS, they help reduce paper use, prevent overbooking and improve overall room utilisation. These panels can also act as small digital signage displays, showing logos, messages or additional informational content. With features such as status LEDs, PoE power and integrations with calendar platforms and corporate directories, they are ideal for corporate and education environments with high meeting room turnover.
